Every day, millions turn to Jesus Calling for inspiration, seeking words of comfort and wisdom. But what if we could go deeper? What if we could separate interpretation from truth, asking—what would Jesus actually say?
That’s where My Daily Heart comes in.
Each day, I’ll take a passage from Jesus Calling and break it down—line by line. We’ll look at:
Truth – What aligns with scripture and what Jesus would affirm.
Clarification – Where might He say it differently and what deeper truths exist.
My Perspective – As someone who was married to him, what I see and believe through my lens today.
This is not about criticism.
It’s about seeking truth and order which to me is the peace that goes beyond understanding.
It’s about allowing me to live my life with an open heart grounded into the axis of love and inviting others to do the same.
And it’s about bringing clarity to the words of Jesus’ that have been leveraged to create everything other than the way and an attempt to honor His voice, and deepening our connection to God.
