May 14 - 18: Sun + Earth Energy Update: Gate 8 and Gate 14

Hello + Welcome to my first Energy Update!
If we haven’t met, I am Jena Hurst and will be sharing more about me soon. My desire here is to be clear and helpful for everyone, regardless of their familiarity or adoption of Human Design or Astrology. I will be focusing on the universal energies in a way that anyone can understand and benefit. I will also add my personal experience with the energy for myself and also believe it helps to add how I am currently working with universal energy.

(3) WEEKLY ENERGY EMBODIMENT EXERCISE:
For the embodiment path of this weeks energy, I leverage the principles of both Human Design and Gene Keys to offer a personal interpretation of how to embody the clearest energy, also referred to as the “Shiddic Frequency”. Each Gene Key has three states: the Shadow, the Gift, and the Siddhi, representing different levels of awareness and manifestation of the energy and this embodiment exercise is designed to help connect with and take you deeper with the energy this week to help you discover and walk out your highest bliss state embodiment.
CODE 8 - EXQUISITE CONTRIBUTION (THROAT) - THE PATH: Mediocrity > Style > Exquisiteness
CODE 14 - BOUNTIFUL POWER (SACRAL) - THE PATH: Compromise > Competence > Bounteousness
These paths through both 8 and 14 offer a journey of moving from limiting patterns to expressing it’s highest potential. This process is designed to unlock deeper self-awareness and a more authentic expression of one's talents and styles.
Day 1-2: Contemplating Mediocrity + Recognizing Compromise
Focus: Reflect on areas in your life where you feel you are just going through the motions or settling for less than you can achieve and Identify situations where you feel you're not living up to your full potential due to compromising your values or talents.
Action: Journal about these instances and identify why you might be holding back your true potential and reflect on these situations and write down the fears or limitations that lead to these compromises.
Day 3-4: Embracing Style + Developing Competence
Focus: Identify what makes your approach unique in your work, relationships, and creative expressions and focus on developing skills and abilities that align more closely with your higher values and goals.
Action: Begin to consciously incorporate your unique style into your daily activities, emphasizing authenticity over conformity and take a course, seek advice from a mentor, or practice a skill that enhances your competence in areas important to you.
Day 5-6: Manifesting Exquisiteness + Experiencing Bounteousness
Focus: Observe how embracing your unique style impacts your life and relationships and notice the abundance in your life that arises from aligning more closely with your true capabilities.
Action: Create or participate in an event or project that showcases your true style and inspires others to express their uniqueness and share your talents or skills in a way that enriches others, such as volunteering, teaching, or leading a community project.
(4) BONUS SECTION - PLAYING WITH THIS WEEK CHANNELS:

Fo me, I have channel 2-14 this week which is one of the most exciting channels for me as I have Gate 2 in my chart, which is my design Venus which has to do with my values so knowing I am having access to energy from my sacral to channel up into my G Center giving me capacity to move energy from my sacral into a fixed direction which is massively impactful and the results I have been getting in my life in just one day gives me all the proof I need when it comes to grounding my values into my physical reality.
