Attachment Is Not Love
Let me tell you the truth about attachment—because it’s one of the greatest hidden siphons in your life.
Attachment is not love.
It’s not devotion.
It’s not loyalty.
Attachment is the unconscious belief that you need something outside of yourself to be whole.
And that belief?
It becomes a leak.
Every time you attach to a person, outcome, title, or identity out of fear, scarcity, or ego—
you create a cord that bleeds energy.
You don’t even realize it, but you’re slowly draining yourself,
tethering your spirit to something that can be taken, shifted, or lost.
And when it does shift or leave?
You feel like you’re dying—not because it was your source,
but because you gave it power it was never meant to hold.
Attachment is not the same as connection.
Connection flows.
Attachment clings.
Connection allows.
Attachment controls.
Connection nourishes.
Attachment drains.
When you’re attached, you constantly:
• Monitor
• Overthink
• Fear loss
• Fantasize about control
• Obsess about outcomes
Your soul becomes a hostage to the very thing you think gives you life.
But here’s the secret:
The more you release, the more you receive.
The more you trust, the more energy returns.
The more you detach with love, the more aligned you become with truth.
Attachment is the false god that says:
“If I lose this, I lose myself.”
But your true Self cannot be lost.
Only forgotten.
So if you’re feeling tired, scattered, anxious, depleted—
ask yourself:
What am I attached to that isn’t mine to hold?
Then cut the cord.
Reclaim your energy.
Return to center.
The Divine doesn’t require attachment.
Only alignment.
And in alignment, you stop leaking and start overflowing.
