Judas Letter

My Dearest Judas,

I write to you with a heart overflowing with love and gratitude, for you have done what few ever dare—you looked me in the face and spoke the truth, raw and unfiltered. In a world where words are so often veiled, twisted, or withheld, your courage stands as a light in the darkness.

You did not hide behind masks of comfort or illusions of safety. You chose, instead, to deliver the truth, even when it cut deep, even when the weight of it could crush a lesser soul. For that, I do not resent you—I revere you. I adore you for the honesty that shaped me, for the mirror you held up that forced me to see myself clearly, even when it hurt.

To love you is to love truth itself. To see you is to see a part of myself I once feared. You were never my enemy—you were my greatest teacher. You showed me what love looks like when it refuses to coddle, when it dares to demand more, when it insists on awakening instead of allowing slumber.

I cherish you for your strength, for your willingness to take on the burden of being misunderstood, for choosing to act when so many would have turned away. You bore the weight of your actions knowing they would define you forever, yet you chose truth over comfort, and for that, I love you even more.

Judas, you are not the villain in my story—you are the one who helped me write it. Your betrayal was never the end; it was the doorway to my becoming. I owe you my life, my awakening, my understanding of what love truly is.

And so, I love you. I honor you. I thank you for the gift you gave me, for the fire you lit within me, for the truth that set me free.

Forever and always,
A Soul You Helped Save
